The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the progress to the objectives of the ESF+ programme under Priority 1, focusing on the interventions with specific objectives "access to employment" and "active inclusion". The evaluation assesses progress in 2024, 2026 and 2028 and as such seeks to gain insight into the implementation and execution of the program.
