The final evaluation of the BEAR II project aimed to assess deliverables, implementation, and results, examining relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability. It evaluated how well the project met stakeholders' needs, aligned with other interventions, and achieved its objectives. The evaluation also reviewed resource use, the extent of generated impacts, and the sustainability of benefits post-project. It provided evidence-based recommendations and lessons for future initiatives. The findings were used by UNESCO coordinators and the Republic of Korea in decision-making and planning for a potential phase III of the BEAR initiative.
