Ockham IPS in cooperation with Panteia and Ernst & Young implemented the Ex-Ante Evaluation of the Operational Programme Human Capital 2014-2020 in Romania. The study aims to ensure the consistency between the Operational Programme and the European, national, regional strategies, to ensure the internal consistency of the strategy, the relevance and clarity of the proposed set of indicators, as well as the adequateness of its implementation of the management capacity.
