This study mapped legislative frameworks related to the position of teachers and trainers in WBL and the possibilities for initial and continuous training. The study was implemented in close relation to the work of the ET2020 working group on VET. This study was commissioned by the European Commission and implemented in cooperation with Panteia in 2016-2017.
