Ockham IPS, in collaboration with Panteia, conducted the MDIEU sector analysis of the roof sector. The sector analysis provided a picture of the current and future labour market and the state of affairs regarding sustainable employability and early retirement of the sector. The research consisted of a short desk research, an online survey among employers and employees, two online group discussions with employers, two focus groups with employees at construction sites and additional interviews with key persons within the sector.
