Dual learning in Flanders: professionalisation of teachers
				
				
					The Flemish Community of Belgium is undergoing a reform of the VET system and is shifting from an apprenticeship model to a dual learning system. The focus of this project was on identifying the challenges for VET school teachers and the dual learning teacher, looking at  what is needed to make this dual learning teacher position in the schools a success. The project was conducted in 2019 and 2020 supported by  the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support (DG REFORM).
