This project concerns an evaluation of the ETF actions on the reform of qualifications systems in partner countries. This study has the objective of assessing the effectiveness and impact of the ETF actions on the reform of qualifications systems in partner countries during the period 2014-2019. The study included desk research, interviews, country cases studies and a survey. It was conducted together with 3s for ETF and finalised in 2020.
