This study examined all IVET qualifications at EQF level 3 and 4 in European member states. It looked at how the learning outcomes are described, how they are governed, delivered and what is their currency with regard further learning and employment. The study was commissioned by Cedefop and conducted in cooperation with 3s in 2016-2018.
