The project studied the role of learning outcomes in supporting dialogue between the labour market and education and training in VET. It looked at 15 European countries and used ESCO and World Skills Standards to compare individual qualifications. In addition, together with UNESCO and ETF qualifications in all parts of the world were included in the comparison. The study was commissioned by CEDEFOP (and UNESCO and ETF) and conducted in cooperation with 3s in 2015-2016.
