The aim of the study was on the one hand to evaluate the current functioning of the NCP NLQF, and on the other hand to make an inventory of the objections regarding the current NLQF and legislative proposal. The research included a literature study, interviews with more than thirty involved actors, study of foreign practices and a sounding board session with those involved. The study was commissioned by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science in collaboration with Hobeon in 2017.
