Ockham IPS implemented a study for the European Parliament on ‘The role of culture, education, media and sport in the fight against racism'. The study assesses whether the EU Anti-racism Action Plan 2020-2025 is a suitable tool within the policy competences of the EU to combat racism in the fields of culture, education, media, and sports. Moreover, it assesses to what extent funding programmes under the remits of the CULT committee are aligned with the objectives laid down in the Anti-racism Action Plan 2020-2025 as regards the role of culture, education, media, and sport in the fight against racism.
