ICT and teacher education in Africa PHASE II

This evaluation evaluated the UNESCO-China Funds-in-Trust (CFIT) Project: Improving Quality Teacher Education in a selected number of countries in Sub-Saharan Africa’. The evaluation examined the second phase, implemented in ten African countries. The main purpose of the evaluation was to assess the quality of the implementation and contribution to the objectives of the CFIT project. The evaluation was commissioned by UNESCO and conducted in 2018-2019.
