This project focused on identifying and exploring existing and ongoing Dutch projects related to learning culture for employees in organisations. The content of the learning culture library was compiled in collaboration with TNO and provides access to more than 50 projects from the last five years for various parties (HR professionals, policymakers, regional and sectoral partnerships, education and research) who are working on learning culture. Sharing knowledge about learning culture provides tools to enrich learning processes and contributes to a positive working and learning environment.
