The evaluation was tasked to provide an assessment of the effectiveness and impact of the European Training Foundation (ETF) actions in developing work-based learning in both South Eastern Europe and Turkey (SEET) and Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries during the period 2015 – 2018. The evaluation was finalised in 2019.
