The main purpose of this evaluation is to assess the effectiveness and impact of ETF’s work on Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Skills development in partner countries during the period 2010 – 2014. The evaluation consists of desk research, interviews, two surveys and six country visits (Tunisia, Lebanon, Montenegro, Serbia, Georgia and Armenia). The evaluation was commissioned by ETF, conducted in cooperation with ICON Institut in 2015.
