The study ETF strategy outcomes indicators and strategic alignment of monitoring matrix aimed to bring together the findings from previous assignments conducted for the European Training Foundation (ETF) by Ockham IPS and FGB, by translating their recommendations into actions for change.  A set impact-oriented indicators for the revised strategic goals and related outcomes was developed and a review of existing ETF indicators (monitoring matrix), for coherence and alignment to the strategy intervention logic (and its fine-tuning) was done.
