This document, Deliverable 4 of the Feasibility Study for a Quality Award on Vocational Excellence, details the project's phases. It began with mapping existing labelling systems for educational organisations to inform the development of a Label and Award for Centres of Vocational Excellence (Deliverable 2). Feedback from stakeholders shaped the label and award concepts, leading to a concept paper and a feasibility study. A simulation phase tested the Advancing on Excellence (AdEx) label, with training and feedback refining the process. The document is structured to include methodologies, applicant information, guidelines, templates, simulation plans, and final recommendations.
