Adult learning and digital

This study looked at how the potential of digital resources is being harnessed for the benefit of adult learning. It concludes that much good work is going on, but that there remain considerable differences across Member States not only in adult skill levels but also in access to ICTs, the availability of relevant content, and in the development of innovative learning skills and competencies in adult educators. The study was commissioned by the European Commission and conducted in cooperation with Ecorys and Bertelsman Foundation. The study was implemented in 2013-2015.
