This study looked at three existing youth guarantee systems and 10 countries where youth guarantee systems could be put in place. The study analysed what it would cost to implement a youth guarantee system in Europe. The study was commissioned by Eurofound and conducted in cooperation with Metis. The study was conducted in 2014.
