The mid-term review specifically aims to assess progress and results achieved by the implementation of the CFIT III project from Oct. 2021 – Oct. 2023, and assess the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of initiatives implemented within the framework of CFIT III in the six project countries (Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Gabon, Senegal, the United Republic of Tanzania, and Uganda). This evaluation serves to draw lessons to improve UNESCO’s intervention in the field of youth skills development through higher technical education and inform the development of the Campus Africa flagship initiative related to youth employability
