Victor is a junior policy researcher at Ockham IPS. He has an academic background, with a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, a master’s degree in Economics and a master’s degree in Dutch Discourse Studies. While his interests span a wide range of societal issues, he has a particular interest in education, governance and democracy. In his work, he combines quantitative analyses with qualitative insights to deliver a complete and nuanced account that reflects the complexity of reality.
