Li-An is a junior policy researcher at Ockham IPS. She recently graduated from the New Media & Digital Culture master at Utrecht University and is now an aspiring researcher and evaluator. With a background in communication- and information science, her interests currently lie in the relationship between human and technology and topics related to digital citizenship and education.
