Aiso is a junior policy researcher at Ockham IPS. After finishing his Master’s in Moral and Political Philosophy at Leiden University, he joined Ockham IPS as an eager researcher. Through his studies, he developed a passionate interest in political and societal developments which he now applies to national and international policy research. Currently he is working on a Cedefop study on Training Funds, as well the evaluation of SLIM-regulation, stimulating learning culture in companies in the Netherlands.
